We've updated our Governing Terms and Data Access Terms

Hi, Agen. We've updated our Governing Terms (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc.) for all www.crunchbase.com users (Anonymous, Free Registered, Lite, Starter, Pro, Enterprise/Business) and our Data Access Terms for all API/CSV users to reflect product developments and ensure our terms remain up to date and compliant with applicable laws. Review the new versions to understand how they govern your continued use of Crunchbase.   Here’s a quick summary of some of the key changes: Clarifying when we process personal information as a controller/business and when we process it as a processor/service provider (Governing Terms);  Adding additional language relating to subscription renewals and cancellations (Governing Terms); Adding additional language to our agreement to arbitrate and class action waiver (Governing Terms); Adding an accessibility statement (Governing Terms); Including an additional license grant for Resultant Data (Governing Terms + Data Access Terms); Reorganizing our Privacy Policy, GDPR Privacy Policy and Data Use Addendum to reflect our current practices and security controls and add language required by applicable laws (Governing Terms + Data Access Terms); Prohibiting Content/Crunchbase Materials from being used to train models (Governing Terms + Data Access Terms); Removing language that no longer applies (Governing Terms); and Adding language addressing AI Content (Data Access Terms).    If you have any questions, please contact privacy@crunchbase.com.
