Hi Cloudflare Customer,
We want to let you know about the changes we're making to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy that will go into effect on October 31, 2019.
We are not changing the ways that we collect, use, or share your information.
We are making these updates to:
- Include references to new products and services and address new legal requirements like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA);
- Address possible changes in the laws governing cross-border data transfers from the European Union to the United Kingdom in light of Brexit;
- Streamline the privacy commitments we make in certifying to the Privacy Shield by incorporating them into our Privacy Policy;
- List our new Portuguese entity as our legal representative entity in the EU.
We encourage you to review the updated Privacy Policy and familiarize yourself with the changes. By continuing to use the Services on or after October 31, 2019, you agree to our updated Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions about these changes to our Privacy Policy, please contact us at privacyquestions@cloudflare.com.
