Dear Valued Customer, Just a quick reminder about the recent changes to your Pantheon account: - Monthly subscription price increase: Effective today, we have increased monthly subscription prices. Annual subscription costs for credit card customers remain unchanged. Monthly subscribers, to get the best pricing and benefits, consider upgrading to an annual plan. With an annual plan, you'll get 40% more site visitors each month and save on subscription costs. Just log in to your Pantheon dashboard, click the site you wish to upgrade from the site list, and enter the upgrade workflow to see pricing and traffic options.
- Overage policy update:
- From January 1, 2024, site visitor overage charges are $40 per additional 10,000 visitors. We will no longer automatically upgrade customers to higher Site Plan tiers, dramatically reducing your costs if overages occur.
- Enhancing Overage Protection: We will waive one month of overages annually for most customers and four months for qualifying nonprofits.
- Traffic limit increase: Effective today, annual Basic and Performance subscribers get a 40% traffic limit increase, applied automatically regardless of renewal date. This upgrade aims to minimize overage charges.
- Nonprofit benefit: For the first time, qualifying nonprofit organizations now receive Preferred Pricing along with four months of overage protection.
